How does purchasing bulk beef work?

Step 1: Place a deposit on your choice of an Eighth (50 - 60 lbs) $250 deposit, Quarter (100 - 120 lbs) $500 deposit, Half (200 - 240 lbs) $1000 deposit or a Whole Beef (400-480 lbs) $1500 deposit.

Step 2: Choose to pick it up at our farm in Menahga or have it SHIPPED FOR FREE within Minnesota! We will notify you and keep you updated every step of the way!

Step 3: Between your deposit and delivery, we will finish  raising your beef for you on the country pastures of the Haverinen Farm and keep you involved every step of the way! You’ll get regular updates on what stage of the process your beef is in!

Step 4: Once your beef goes in for processing or harvest, our craft butchers dry-age your beef for 10-14 days which makes for amazing flavor and tenderness. Once packed, frozen, and delivered to our warehouse, you will receive an invoice for the balance due and schedule your pickup or confirm you will be home to receive it via shipping.
